Tirzepatide is a dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist that combines the action of two incretin hormones in a single peptide. By stimulating insulin secretion after meals and suppressing glucagon secretion between meals, it supports both post-meal and fasting blood sugar stability while also acting on appetite centers to reduce hunger. This Genopharm pack contains one vial holding 30 mg of Tirzepatide as a dry powder, together with a 2 ml ampoule of Sodium Chloride injection U.S.P. (0.9 % w/v) for reconstitution.
This dual mechanism gives Tirzepatide a stronger overall metabolic effect than single-pathway peptides, supporting gradual weight loss alongside improved glycemic control. The 30 mg vial is a multi-dose container: standard weekly doses run from 2.5 mg up to a maximum of 15 mg, so one vial covers several weeks of a titration schedule.
Key Benefits
- Dual GIP/GLP-1 action for stronger glycemic and appetite control than single-receptor peptides
- Suppresses appetite and increases satiety, supporting gradual weight loss
- Stabilizes blood glucose both after meals and between meals
- Supports cardiovascular health markers relevant to metabolic patients
- Multi-dose 30 mg vial covers several weeks of a standard titration schedule
- Solvent ampoule included in the pack; produced under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
Instructions
- Vial content: 30 mg total. This is a multi-dose vial – the weekly dose is drawn from it, the vial is not a single dose
- Recommended dosage: begins at 2.5 mg per week, titrated upward over 4-20 weeks toward 5 mg, 10 mg or a maximum of 15 mg per week depending on individual goals
- Frequency: once per week
- Cycle length: ongoing weekly use under medical guidance; titration schedule set individually
- Reconstitution: mix with the supplied 2 ml sodium chloride ampoule, swirl gently (do not shake)
- Administration: subcutaneous injection into the abdomen, thigh or upper arm
- Missed dose: administer as soon as possible if more than 3 days remain until the next scheduled dose; otherwise skip and resume the regular schedule
Side Effects & Warnings
- Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation are the most commonly reported effects, usually temporary
- Rare but more serious reactions include pancreatitis, hypoglycemia or allergic reactions
- Contraindicated in individuals with known intolerance or severe liver/kidney disease
- Do not exceed 15 mg per week; the vial holds twice that amount
- Not established as safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding
Storage
Store the unmixed vial refrigerated at 2-8 °C, and keep the reconstituted solution refrigerated as well, using it within the recommended timeframe after mixing. For subcutaneous use only.
